Working with seasonal British and Italian produce, each dish takes inspiration from traditional Italian flavours and methods, with a creative approach. Head chef Rae Arends and her team of skilled chefs partake in the daily ritual of handshaping hundreds of individual pieces of pasta. Transforming this daytime bakery to a lively neighbourhood restaurant, with pastas and small plates designed for sharing. When it comes to wine, we work with a variety of producers. Many who utilise a mixture of well and lesser known grapes; which when combined with innovative and often low intervention methods, create a diverse wine offering to pair harmoniously with our food.
