Working with seasonal British and Italian produce, each dish takes inspiration from traditional Italian flavours and methods, with a creative approach. Head chef Rae Arends and her team of skilled chefs partake in the daily ritual of handshaping hundreds of individual pieces of pasta. Transforming this daytime bakery to a lively neighbourhood restaurant, with pastas and small plates designed for sharing. We collaborate with a range of wine producers who work with both familiar and lesser-known grape varieties. Their innovative, often low-intervention approaches allow us to curate a wine list that pairs beautifully with our food and reflects our commitment to quality and creativity.
